Refund & Returns Policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try Thyroi for up to 90 days from the date your order is delivered. If you do not feel a noticeable difference, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price. You may return unopened bottles, and even opened bottles are covered under the guarantee, one claim per customer.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@thyroi.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.

• Our team confirms your request and provides a return authorization and address (if a return is required).
• Ship any remaining product back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once received (or once your claim is approved), we issue your refund.

When you'll get your money back

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after your return or claim is approved. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@thyroi.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping, at no cost to you.

Cancellations & changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly (usually within 1-2 business days), so once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled, but it is still covered by the 90-day guarantee.

Exchanges

Prefer a different bundle? Contact support and we will help you exchange or apply the difference.
